At Solve At Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, free of charge. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or dispatched by our supplier, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Change of mind purchases (unless the item arrived defective)

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

We will offer you one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Free replacement sent to you
  • Store credit

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for the amount to appear on your credit card or bank account
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Delays

Please note that we work with international suppliers. Delivery times are:

  • United States & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • European Union: 15–30 business days

Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund on their own. However, if your order has not arrived within 45 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund or resend the item.
